Villa Irida is located right in the centre of the quiet little village of Sidonia also known as Psari Forada. Villa Irida is a cosy, newly built place ideal for relaxing and exploring the unknown and unexpected beauty of Southern Crete.

Villa Irida Studios is a family business so you will feel like home. George, Helen and their daughter Giouli will guide you and give you ideas for fascinating holidays.

Although the car is not necessary, as you can find the essentials around the village, we recommend it, in order to visit other places like Ierapetra, the village Simi in the mountain, the ancient temple of Venus, the capital of province Viannos (folklore museum) and other places for swimming (Tertsa, Myrtos e.t.c.).

Rooms
There are 13 independent apartments in the three floors of Villa Irida. All the studios have been lovely decorated in pretty shades of blue. The apartments differ little in size, but each of them has a balcony (with beautiful view to the sea or to the garden), double or twin beds, a sofa suitable for children and its own bathroom. In addition, all of them have a kitchenette (with a simple two-ring cooker), a fridge, air condition, TV and telephone. The rooms have been designed for three people and there is the possibility of adding an additional bed at your request (for families with two children).

The apartments are cosy in order to make your stay relaxing.

Facilities 
The reception is located in the ground floor. In each of the two upper floors, there is a comfortable living room with a small library for those who enjoy reading.

In the backyard, there is a small garden with roses and other beautiful flowers. There you can find a barbeque and a Cretan traditional oven. It is a nice place where guests can sit and relax. In the ground floor, there is a tavern with nice view to the sea and a café-bar. Sophia and George will serve you and you will taste the delicious hand-made food.
