Hotel Olympic with long-lasting experience and tradition in hospitality was completely renovated in 2002. In its renewed form, it provides services and conveniences that meet the demands of our times. It is a B' class hotel and is open all year round. It has a quality system certification according to the ELOT EN ISO 9001:2000 standards as well as the HACCP management system according to the ELOT 1416 standards (ELOT = Hellenic Organisation for Standardisation).

Hotel Olympic has 73 spacious and comfortable rooms, with double glazing for optimal sound isolation, central heating and separate air-condition, as well as an integrated system of fire-protection and fire-extinction that covers the hotel throughout. Furnished with hand-made oak furniture and decorated with particular tastefulness rooms, Hotel Olympic offers all modern conveniences and services. The experienced and friendly staff will satisfy the needs and wishes of our guests who are in town either on business or to enjoy their holidays. The hotel offers single, double and triple rooms (with a sofa bed) as well as rooms for guests with disabilities. Furthermore, joined rooms are available, specially designed for families. There are rooms with a balcony or a veranda. Small pets are allowed (the guest should previously notify the hotel regarding this).

The special Cafe-Bar of the hotel, one of the most popular rendezvous of the town, serves coffee, drinks, light meals, cakes and ice-cream and is open from early in the morning until late at night.

Other events and meetings Hotel Olympic is able to organise various events and to cover small conferences and lectures (max. 60 persons), press conferences, seminars, business meetings, presentation of new products. In the past, reiki and yoga seminars took place in the roof garden as well as summer schools and many more. The experienced and qualified personnel render high standard services thus ensuring the success of your event.
DINING
Eating and drinking
Restaurant Breakfast is comprised of a rich buffet with warm and cold dishes, beverages, juices and coffee. It is open 07:00 – 10:00 o'clock. At the restaurant of Hotel Olympic, they use only virgin olive oil, fresh fruit and vegetables. The guests can taste the traditional Greek cuisine as well as the world-famous Cretan cuisine. The experienced personnel will cover any particular nutritional needs you might have, as well as prepare your baby's meal according to your instructions. The restaurant has a baby high chair. The meals are offered upon previous arrangement. If you wish to have meals during your stay, please let us know at reservation.
Cafe Bar From its early days the Cafe of Hotel Olympic became one of the most popular meeting points in the heart of the city. It addresses not only our hotel guest but also the locals who wish to have a break over a snack or drink. Enjoy original Greek coffee brewed in the amber, “Illy” espresso and cappuccino, fresh juices, hot chocolate, delicious tea, tempting baguettes, hot croissants, cakes and “Floca” ice-cream, drinks and many more!
